When your flight prices drop after booking, Sky Key gets you savings. What happens next depends on the type of tickets you booked.
I booked a non-refundable ticket
When Sky Key gets you savings on non-refundable airline tickets, your savings come back as credits. These credits can be used to offset the cost of your next flight.
For example, when Sky Key saves you $100 on a non-refundable airline ticket, you get a $100 credit in your airline account.
When you book your next flight, apply this credit to reduce the cost of it by $100.
Don’t worry, if you don’t have an airline account, Sky Key will send you instructions on how to access your credit :).
Need more information about how to apply your credits? Follow our step-by-step guides on how to use them.
I booked a refundable ticket
When Sky Key gets you savings on refundable airline tickets, your savings go back to your original form of payment (typically your credit card). These savings usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card.
Once you get your refund, ball out.
I booked my flight with miles/points
When Sky Key gets you savings on miles/points airline tickets, savings go back to the airline account of whoever booked the flight.
